At C3 Community, our foundational values and signature character strengths—love, kindness, creativity, curiosity, and leadership—are at the core of our commitment to nurture and care for others. Our company was born out of extensive careers that have been deeply embedded in the fields of educational access, leadership development, and social equity advocacy.  We believe that by nurturing individual potential within schools, corporations, and nonprofits, we can collectively elevate humanity and foster widespread success.

Our experience has equipped us with the expertise to create and implement supportive organizational structures designed to ensure that every individual feels cared for, capable, and connected—our celebrated three C's of organizational health.  We understand the detrimental impact a negative environment can have on individual well-being and overall organizational productivity.  To combat this, we employ strategies that are firmly rooted in both empirical research from the burgeoning field of positive psychology and the principles of culturally relevant education.
